Paul J. Joseph is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of 24H Virtual Services, a firm that provides live receptionist, chat receptionist, virtual assistants, and business phone systems to small and medium-sized businesses.

As a creative real estate investor who has done multiple deals, he has gained vast knowledge in financial investment, market trends, marketing, business, and entrepreneurship. His business is founded on his passion for helping others run their business easily without having to create office space for employees.

Born in Jaffna, Paul left the country during the civil unrest and moved to different countries including India, Thailand, Germany, and France, before settling in Canada. This exposed him to different cultures of the world as he got to learn about different challenges that posed as business opportunities. By viewing the world as a single unit, Paul saw the need to offer virtual services that will allow receptionists and assistants to work in any company in any part of the world without worrying about relocation. Thus, creating a culture of multi-level talent pool which is location independent for fraction of the cost.

Paul attended the University of Windsor for Mechanical Engineering. This explains his love for "things that move". Passionate about his craft, he holds licenses for cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, boats, as well as his private pilot license, and he currently has his sights set on getting his locomotive engineering designation. He loves traveling and is an avid stocks & crypto trader.
